Grow Resilience

Holistic Solutions

Approach & Philosophy

This series of publications won’t reveal secret life hacks on how to evade stress. Stress is a natural part of living and is set in stone. Instead, these publications will provide insights on how to handle, process, and accept stress, incorporating it into life and finding peace encountering it.

Let’s start with a quote by Hans Selye, known as the father of stress research:
"There is no such thing as a stress-free life. No evidence has ever been presented which suggests that a stress-free life can ever be achieved. Stress can be managed, relieved, and lessened but never eliminated."

Publications

I assume most of you are familiar with mobile applications, commonly known as apps. Apps undergo periodic updates where developers implement changes and improve the app for users. Similarly, these series of publications will function in the same manner. Why? Because I believe that human mental development is not a linear process. Even though our life timeline appears linear, development is more like accumulation. We receive, perceive, process, sort, store, and use information, leading to our evolution. The Stress Survivor’s Mindset operates in the same way. It accumulates and evolves over time.

Client Stories

It encourages us to look at the stress from a different point of view. The author uses his own personal experiences to present techniques for accepting and understanding stress. Together with the methodological material author gives an insight into his inner world and struggles with himself.
